Is resisting to water ?? Thinking to put it on my balcony but usually rains a lot

This rug is made of a water resistant material. I don’t get a lot of rain but when it gets wet from watering flowers, etc the water repels off and the rug is fine.

If my area measures 45’ * 22’ would this size fit

This rug measures 3 feet x 6 feet so it will not fit a large area but if you needed it for a small sitting area withing these measurements it might work. It just depends on how you're using this space.

Can I put a fire pit on it?

It depends on the fire pit. A wood burning should never sit on any rug. I have mine on this rug. Mine is a propane one. The fire/heat is only produced and given off from the top of the pit. It doesn’t heat up anywhere else (sides/bottom etc). I used it last season on the rug with no issues. Again, don’t put a wood burning one on it.
