Bulb does not work
Received it today, screwed it in and the bulb did not work. Waste of money.

Terrible bulb
I bought a 6 pack of these bulbs. They're advertised as "double life" but each one only lasted a couple months at most. The output of these was also less than other 45 watt bulbs. Obviously something was wrong with the batch that I purchased. Others may not have the same outcome.
