Great to have new recipes
After several rounds of Hcg over the past years it was so very nice to have delicious recipes. For me what makes the program a success is the variety and interest offered in a book like this that keeps me from falling off the program. What I have tried in this book I have loved. Such delicious recipes you do not feel deprived but look forward to every meal.

This book is pretty good. Some of the recipes seem off. I do wish there were pictures.

Mostly cottage cheese and egg recipes
The quality and search-ability of Book 2 is much improved. However, I found the recipes to be unusable because most recipes called for Melba toast, cottage cheese or eggs. The medical professional I am seeing does not recommend eating cottage cheese and Melba toast. I did try some of the egg recipes but found some of them lacking because I didn't use Melba toast as called for in the recipe. If your health professional is okay with eating these items then maybe this book might help you get through the hCG phase. Otherwise, consider using only Book 1 which offers better recipe choices. The recipe instructions in both books though could use editing to make them more concisely understandable. Either book is best used as an idea guide for meals. With a little trial and error a person can make the recipes in their own style and still be within diet guidelines even without Melba toast, cottage cheese and eggs!

Great resource for HCG diet
Really enjoyed cooking from both cookbooks. Easy to follow recipes. So delicious I will continue to use the recipes even though I am finished with the HCG diet.

Quick, easy, and delicious recipes
The recipes are quick, easy, and delicious. This is necessary for the HCG diet as it helps you stick the diet. Who wants to each grilled chicken and salad everyday, I sure don't. I live to eat and I need to enjoy my meals in order to stick to a diet.

There are only 11 phase 2 recipes
This book is 99% a copy of pounds and inches that is available free anywhere. There are only 11 phase 2 recipes. I bought the kindle addition so maybe it is to blame. The description says 150 recipies. Don't buy this book. I am going to try and get a refund. I am giving it one star since it won't let me give no stars.

I always enjoy all of Tammy Skye's recipes. The ingredients are those easily in your kitchen and the meals are delicious! Tammy uses a healthy approach to cooking wether you want to lose weight, maintain it or achieve a healthy approach to cooking this book is a favorite of mine! I bought the first book as a softcover and this one for my iPad. I love them both!
