Not too wide.
Lovely carseat. It isn't too wide so doesn't take up alot of space in the back. Cup holder is removable for easy cleaning. Great value for money, pretty lightweight, and it is easy to install in a vehicle.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This item has severe safety flaws. My two year old son was able to unbuckle the seatbelts and the chair collapsed on its side while I was driving! Amazon allowed me to return this car seat after using it for a few months.
