Great quality resistance trainer
The durability of this training device is fantastic. It stands up to pretty aggressive training very well. It works as advertised and do so nicely. Resistance training is one of the best ways to increase sprint speed and leg strength.

The Bungee and the connector harness are built Really well.Very high quality. Stitching, rings, attachment ends.. all made sturdy!The two saucer targets that were included were made of VERY thin plastic, and so seemed really cheap, but the good thing is that if you step on them, they collapse like a piece of stock card paper, so no risk of injury with a turned ankle or something! Everything else (all the working parts/important parts) are made great!Highly recommend this product for resistance training.The resistance bungee is a very good density.. I would say a 7-8/10 on difficulty to stretch it, which is perfect for this application!

Perfect equipment!
At first I was a bit worried about hooking it up to something because I feared the hooks would fail but they didn't! They work like a charm. This agility set is all that I needed to help me achieve my goals. I would say that this set is definitely a great buy because it's well worth the time and money having one. The entire set is nice and durable and it's made to last. It's made of quality material, for sure. It can be used in so many ways making it very versatile which is what I like about it the most. This set is a must have if you have a need for speed and you're looking to improve it.

Works Well For A High Schooler Teen
I got this for my teenager, who's in high school doing multiple sports such as basketball, soccer, football, etc. The material feels great, but I have nothing to compare since this is my first time using it.
