It works great and is an awesome buy especially for the price I’m very happy with my product and it’s lots of fun and very simple to use and clean the machine is a as big as a crock pot. And a nice commercial feel and size. The taste is great and the candy came out fast and quick. It’s a nice large machine

smoke and wire burning smell when running
we got the machine and after running it for 4 mins it started to smoke and a wire burning smell contacted the company and they keep telling me to plug it back in its a fire risk no way and they will not do anything about it
