Has anyone ever suffocated?

No one in my family has. My 13y/o and wife each have there own blanket. Just take out extra life insurance if your worried about suffocation

It's 100% microfiber polyester, and there are no indications on Amazon, or on the packaging or on the cover itself of any harmful substances. I have had no problems with mine. No odd smell, no irritation to the skin, nothing to indicate any potential problems. There is no California Proposition 65 Warning.
