My neurologist suggested this to assist with sleep! Gamechanger!!!

My only gripe about your vitamins are the size and color of the magnesium and the one to lower cholesterol in appearance are identical. I take both and it's to hard to distinguish between the 2 if I have a hectic day & unsure if I already took one or the other. I might have to switch to another brand next time just for that alone. It would make my life a hair easier.

Even those these are large, they are smaller and easier to swallow than the ones that came in the green bottle!
