I will buy these vitamins for the rest of forever. The price is amazing for a multivitamin including ashwaganda. I have been taking this a week and the "moon face" has completely subsided to the point I have been asked if I've lost weight! This means my cortisol levels have gone done quickly from the ashwaganda. I also have noticed an energy increase. I'm so happy I found these!

They are big like prenatal vitamins and taste like them but if you can stomach the taste it’s not terrible lol, you get a good amount for the cost. Overall I give them a 10/10 I can’t pinpoint the differences but I feel different over all

They’re multivitamins. Nothing really separates them from the competition. Pretty standard formulation. Works as well as the next one. I do like this brand though. The taste is barrage, not very strong. The pills are a little large, but not much larger than any other multivitamin. Price is pretty standard as well. No ridiculous brand up charge.

These are amazing and really help with hormone balance for any woman going through menopause!

I honestly didn’t notice a difference between these and the usual woman’s daily vitamins have been taking.
