Re-reading the instructions, they do stress to consume on an empty stomach so I did and only had top wait half an hour and it took a little and it’s fair to say my performance and stamina were improved - I seemed to go on and on once started. Menhancer have a range of pills that range from 450mg (green) to 750mg (black) and various intervals inbetween.Having tried the 750mg black, what impressed me was the speed of effectiveness (<10 mins), strength in performance (rock hard throughout with minimal effort) and lastly length of time it lasted (>15-24 hrs).The green is very similar in terms of performance, however I felt it didn't last as long with full effectiveness <9 hours. Also a little more effort was needed to maintain performance.If you don't need (or want) your buddy to be activated for as long or with the slightest breeze - the lower strength pills might work best for you. I personally however liked the strength of the black, however it should only be used on occasion due to the strength.In terms of side-effects, they were minimal with a little sinus pressure, but no block nose or headaches which are generally the main ones I might get with these sorts of pills. Also keep hydrated, as this will help with side-effects.

While these have some positive aspects, I haven’t experienced the dramatic improvements I was hoping for. Yes, it’s made with natural ingredients and boasts rigorous quality control standards, but the results have been somewhat underwhelming. Perhaps my body needs more time to adjust, or maybe the formula isn’t the right fit for me. Overall, it’s a decent product, but I’m not entirely convinced of its effectiveness yet.

I got a slight flush and a hint of indigestion. 700mg which I think makes them higher strength than other competitors and pricey, though they do the trick so that’s got to make them worth the money! These male Gingseng supplement has 10 capsules. The capsules have an expiry date of 21 months after delivery. The capsules are smaller than a multi vitamin and are easy to swallow. They have no detectable taste or after taste and no smell I could detect.

I have tried a few things in the past, the blue pills and Sildenafil, all with positive results if you get my drift.I don't often take thing to enhance ones performance as I get some annoying side affects, mainly with pills that contain Sildenafil so thought I would give these a try as they seem to be herbal.Firstly, yes they worked for me, but again I got the side affects such as a headache and stuffy nose. I can put up with these affects, but they do last for a good few hours.I would like to have seen an information card warning of side effects inside, I feel that the included card just didn't give you that information.
