Love this faucet it is a beautiful color and absolutely stunning in my gold accented kitchen. The soap dispenser does not work so well and they need to get a better design especially if advertising as an escort you can depend on. I don’t think there full assembly is worth the amount I paid.

Broken soap dispenser
Faucet is good. Only had it installed about 2 months. Soap dispenser quit working about 2 weeks ago. Has no pressure and doesn’t pump soap. And yes, the reservoir is full.

Magnetic docking
The faucet looks great and has been working great so far after 3 months of use. The main selling point for this faucet for us was that there's a magnet to dock the faucet after you pull it out, which makes it extremely easy to put the faucet back after pulling it out. You don't have to fumble to put the faucet back into a slot, you can just let go, and most of the time it will find the magnet and latch on its own. I wish more faucets were designed like this.
