I have broken the spray gun can I buy another

Yes you can as any standard fitting spray gun should do the job.

when I open for first time lay out on floor measure the150ft hose do I find its 150ft and not 120ft like I got from another dealer.

if you lay out on floor before passing water through it - it will be only 1/3 or so of advertised length - the water expands it

How do I fit the nozzle to the hose

The end attached to hose just pull the brass attachment down and then fit the hose it should just click in

Can you use this with a jet wash

I very much doubt it I purchased the hose and used it for 3 months only light use and now it is in the dustbin, seller wasn't interested when I contacted them and I would doubt if it would stand up to a jet was if it cant even water the garden without splitting, seller response was they only guaranteed the product for 1 month which is about as long as it lasts if you are very lucky hope this helps.
