This phone is bullet proof. Looks really sturdy. Recommend for people who break their phone alot

Mostly excellent for my needs. I work outdoors all day almost everyday. It works and does pretty much everything a regular smartphone would do. If you ask a lot of it, it will be a bit slow, but it's not really designed or priced to compete with high end phones. What has pleased me most has been it's robustness. I frequently drop stuff, or forget it's in my pocket and bash it around while working. The phone is remarkably undeterred by this. So, I've had a while and it's pretty good What costs it a star? The onboard speaker is a bit flakey and tends to get bits jammed in it that makes it worse. Easy enough to clear out, but perhaps could be better designed. Bit of a nuisance on calls sometimes. Perhaps my biggest complaint though is the main camera. A really robust phone except the camera which is really vulnerable to getting scratched. Had I realised sooner it might have been preventable. As it is my badly taken photos now have a misty ethereal look...

I ordered a ulefone armour X 12 in March 2024 . It stopped charging in August 2024. A very unreliable smart phone. With no customer service and Amazon are of no help at all Value for money 1 out of10 Customer services abysmal. Not worth the money

Phone broke after 5 weeks, pins bent unable to charge

This phone lasted almost 2 years before we found we can't charge it on the first day of our holiday abroad. Very unhappy user. Phone ok and rugged. Issue looks like a design flaw and/ or low quality port. Suggest best to shop around.
