I’ve been really happy with the Muscle Milk Plant Based Protein Shake (Vanilla Caramel). The taste is smooth and enjoyable, with a good vanilla-caramel flavor that isn’t overly sweet. The consistency is just right—not chalky or watery—which makes it easy to drink anytime. I also appreciate that it’s plant-based with no animal protein, making it a great vegan option that still feels satisfying. Buying the 12-pack is a much better value than picking up single bottles at the store, and it’s convenient to have them on hand. Overall, great taste, good texture, and solid value. I’ll definitely keep buying these.

I use protein shakes in place of coffee creamer because it’s high protein, low sugar and other macros. I wanted to switch to a dairy-free option since I’m nursing now. I will say it doesn’t mix quite as well as the main stream brands, but it’s still a good option - texture is smooth. It just gets a bit of film in the coffee once it’s set for a bit, but a quick stir gets rid of it. Taste is good! Great quality for the price. I’ll keep this as an option for sure.

This is a good source of protein. I have never tried drinking it by itself. I have only made smoothies with it and they taste good. I have made smoothies both with greens like kale and/or frozen fruit. If you are sensitive to dairy products and are looking for a protein shake, I think these are worth a try.

I liked it best when it was very cold and very well shaken. Otherwise there was a weird vegetable taste. Overall, it’s a great protein option with no dairy.

This is the most disgusting chalking protein shake I have ever tasted. I had my husband taste it too and he was also repulsed. It’s has a chalky artificial flavor with a vanilla caramel flavor on top of it which is extremely off putting. I do enjoy muscle milk products but this one definitely missed the mark.

The item arrived intact and there were no issues with the quality of of it in the sense that the packaging was intact, it was unspoiled, and it had the consistency I expect from muscle milk. It sure did contain protein. However, there’s a reason this flavor was on sale. It SUCKS. It’s the worst one I’ve had from this company. I like their chocolate flavor, their vanilla is okay, and I can tolerate the banana. This one was incredibly unpalatable. It tasted sweet in all the wrong ways, a true uncanny valley of fake burnt sugar. This gets three stars because there was nothing else wrong with it, and it just barely cleared the bar of not making me ill.

A great tasting protein shake. The vanilla flavor wasn’t surprising as most plant based drinks taste herbal and not sweet but this is the perfect blend. Low sugar content , safe ingredients and good quality. No stomach issues, and worth the money.
