Great item
Works great, may need to chance settings around to make it faster since my girlfriend did but it works perfectly.

Not happy stopped working
It was fine for the fist 3 months then now it will not start up. Thankfully I got a warranty on it but now I can't get the company to get back to me. Not pleased at all.

This is a good laptop!!!
I purchased this in February and it's been an excellent experience. Continuous use without failure. The body is hard and doesn't break. I would recommend this to anyone.

Basically useless
Claimed to be a gaming laptop and yet it can’t run any game smoothly. Ever single game I tried to run in this laptop could not run smoothly, 3 of the games I tried were steep, Fortnite and the Sims 4. This is practically a computer simply for work purposes or freaking playing games like Roblox but this is most definitely NOT a gaming laptop. Tried to run steep and 5 minutes in I was floating. If you’re looking for a gaming laptop then do not get this.

The screen cracks easily
The laptop works well, it fell not too far from my bed and the screen cracked a bit. Very fragile.
