I am a caregiver for my best friend who is paralyzed from the waist down. Sometimes he gets bored so we play games. We love trivia and thought this would be a great addition to our trivia games. It is really fun. One person reads the question and the other tries to answer. If the person answers correctly, they keep the card. The one with the most cards wins. The questions range from easy to really difficult. We have a great time playing this game. We both have learned a ton and had a lot of laughs and fun. The cards are sturdy and easy to read. They come in a sturdy and bright colored box that fits in my storage ottoman very well. I think it is a decent value for the game. It is currently listed for $15.25. I highly recommend for trivia lovers. You will have a great time and learn something as well.

Just moved to Florida about a year ago, and I don't know all that much about beaches (but since they are everywhere here...). This game is going to bridge the gap, so when I have people come visit me I'll be able to shed some relevant light on the subject.I found the game fun, entertaining, and informative. I can see myself going through the game a few times to really solidify all the information in my head. But after that, I'll likely re-gift the game to someone else who enjoys trivia. For $15.25, this little trivia game is worth the additional trivial knowledge that you should get from it.

This is a nice little trivia game to take with you on your trip to the beach - that's what we did.We took it with us on our vacation to the beach and played this in the car. It was fun competing with each other to get the most points, but also helped pass the time!

I'm really impressed with this American Beaches trivia card game! Every coastal guesthouse needs one of these compact, decorative, and entertaining decks. I got this deck to play with my family, and I just read through the cards before i wrap it up for a holiday surprise. Questions and answers are well-written in casual, light-hearted English, no language errors. It has a great variety of beach trivia: biology, culture, ecology, history, geography, and beach safety. Multiple choice, true/false, and a few open-ended questions. There are even some with answers like "sort-of" and "it depends on...", which i love for conversation and debate. There are plenty of silly, cheeky, and funny ones mixed in, too. In my photo, i split the deck into easy (kids have a decent chance to know them) and harder, and it's more or less half/half. However, my family and i might be biased bc we live in Florida. It might also be because of this that I noticed there were a few more Florida/Miami trivia than for other states, but I guess Florida is a major vacation destination with lots of beaches, so maybe it balances out. Plenty of interesting trivia about beaches across the country. I especially like that there are beach safety trivia mixed in that are helpful and might educate and surprise some people!Minor critiques:-- It only comes with the cards, so you'll have to DIY a scoring system.-- all cards are colored the same, so you can't immediately tell the genre of the trivia question nor organize them quickly by type.

We've got surfers and open water swimmers in our household and we've had a lot of fun with this trivia game. The cards are sturdy with well written questions for a variety of knowledge levels. We've been using them all, but there are easier questions for younger kids to enjoy the game.You can kind of make up your own rules of play, and play as individuals or teams. The basic rules on the box suggest having a card reader to read the question and the first person who guesses the correct answer gets to keep the card. The person with the most cards at the end of the game is the winner.The cards store nicely in the strong cardboard box. The game is not very big and fits easily on a shelf in our game closet. This pack would make a good gift for a beach lover who enjoys trivia.

Got it for a gift for my nephew. He loves trivia so it was a great gift for an 8 year old.

I REALLY LIKE THESE KIND OF GAMES SO I THINK ITS PRETTY COOL GOOD AMOUNT OF QUESTIONS GOOD QUESTIONS OVER ALL AND IT REALLY MAKES YOU THINK.

As a coastal Carolinian, it was only appropriate to order a fun trivia that boasts fun facts about oceans. Well, I didn’t get every answer correct, however; this game has been a challenge, thrill, and full of entertainment! Whilst some kids offer a reaction of disappointments, once the game gets going, the fun never stops! It’s always great when there is no in between where the entertainment starts and ends.
