Fantastic For Diabetics
I am a diabetic and really miss eating noodles. These really hit the spot! I can eat the entire bowl with abandon and not have my blood sugar spike.I rinse the noodles, add extra water to make it a soup. I often add some veggies or other goodies to make it even better, but it's fine by itself. I have a low hot spice tolerance. These are spicy, but not overly hot.Just remember these are Konjac noodles, so they have an odd texture, but I love them in Asian inspired dishes. perfec and a quick meal or to keep in your drawer at work.

Nutritional information on package is different than the listing.
First off, I will say that I do like these noodles. I am eating low-carb and I've been missing Ramen noodles. I've eaten konjac noodles before so I knew what to expect texture wise. The spice sauce was perfect for my taste buds.My issue is with the nutritional information. The listing says it has 7g total carbohydrates, dietary fiber 3g & total sugars 3g.The actual nutritional information on the individual packages reads total carbohydrates 11g, dietary fiber 5g & total sugars 0g. What the heck? Clearly these are not even close. Why?This needs to be addressed in the listing. That's why I'm knocking off one star.

Very tasty!
I got the instant Tom Yum cup, not the plain noodles which are confusingly part of the same Amazon listing. This makes the reviews hard to read. This soup rocks! It has a really good Tom Yum flavor, complete with expected aromatics like lemongrass, galangal, etc. It also has the perfect level of spice that really fills the mouth but never approaches being uncomfortable.I was surprised that the instructions didn't include adding water, meaning this meant to be a pasta, not a noodle soup like I was expecting (I'm sure you could add water if you wanted to). They actually don't even say to heat it up. It really does work well as a cold pasta.I do wish it was a bit cheaper, but it's not too overpriced for how much I enjoy it.

Not bad, not great
I couldn't find any description of what's actually inside. It's just a pouch of noodles and a pouch of sauce, as well as a fork. Honestly, the folding fork is the most impressive part, because it's the best folding disposable fork I've seen, but that's not what I wanted to be impressed by.Noodles are ok. They're not chewy, but rather have a very slight crunch like glass noodles. The sauce tastes very lime-forward, as Tom yum often is. Not a particularly complex flavor, but it's not gross. For $3.83 a serving (including shipping, not including tax), I kinda expected more. It's not a tiny serving, just compared to a 25-50 cent traditional cheap package of noodles, I expected a little bit more. I'm doing keto so, I don't regret the purchase, but if I could eat anything, I would go cheaper or more complex than this particular product.

Great low calorie option for pasta/ramen enthusiasts
Smell was not even noticeable! The texture was chewy but not impossible to eat, much more similar to al dente Top Ramen, if anything. For instructions, 1) drain the package of noodles of the prepackaged liquid. 2) place the noodles in their original container and rinse with cool water, once or twice. Tip: use scissors to cut the noodles into smaller pieces, as it appears that the noodles come in one large pre-cooked block! 3) add the sauce and mix. 4) optional: to make sure the sauce was distributed evenly, I added about 2 oz of hot water and mixed. It also helped out because I personally enjoy warm/hot noodles over cold and enjoy a more broth like liquid texture. No need to microwave unless you'd prefer to!Overall, my first impression is great option/addition for office snacking and weight loss.

Pleasantly surprised
I've tried konjac noodles before (Miracle brand) which are okay and carb free, but it's difficult to rinse the odor off of them. These, however have almost no odor and don't leave an aftertaste. The sauce they include tastes very good (like real Tom Yung flavor) and is not overly spicy. If it wasn't for the somewhat chewy texture, I'd almost forget they weren't real noodles. If you use your own sauce and bowl, they're a bit cheaper. II'll be buying these again and will also try Yuho's other products.

Recent batches were not good
2 good cases in a row, but the last 3 have been the thin and rubbery ones you cant eat.
