Q: Is the skirt for Dress A full enough to wear a crinoline underneath?

I am writing this for my wife who has 40 years of experience as a seamstress. She says it is definitely full enough for a small to medium diameter crinoline. She made 4 of them last summer for a wedding. She made it with lace over satin for the top and satin covered with two-tone chiffon for the skirt. She did not use crinolines for the wedding and the dresses had a nice flowing skirt. The dresses were beautiful. She said the only problem was with size 20 sleeves - they missed the scaling when they were sized up so check your pattern carefully in the larger sizes for the discrepancy and resize it.
