I like the fact that it is simple to use, but gets the job done. It can fall off if you don't get it positioned right but I haven't really had a problem with it. So far it has worked at keeping my mouth from falling open at night and ending up with a completely dry mouth.

If you have TMJ issues, this will exacerbate them. With just the single wrap around style, it can easily slip if you have silky hair. Otherwise, it’s fine.

The quality is fine, it just plain old doesn't help. Maybe it's just me, but it made no difference in my snoring or my sore throat in the morning from my cpap.

The bottom part that goes on your chin is very wide. I have a short jaw.

I've been using this chin strap for a while now, and I'm incredibly impressed. Not only did it significantly help me to stop snoring, but it also proved to be an excellent companion to my CPAP machine. Before using this chin strap, I often woke up with a very dry mouth, even with my CPAP. This chin strap has virtually eliminated that issue, which has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. Beyond its effectiveness, I really appreciate the design. The navy color is subtle and appealing, and more importantly, the strap itself is very comfortable. It's breathable and doesn't feel constricting at all, making it easy to sleep with throughout the entire night. I've had no issues with discomfort, which is a major plus when it comes to something you wear to bed. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and effective chin strap to help with snoring, or to complement your CPAP therapy by preventing dry mouth, I highly recommend this product.
