This is good for flat sleepers and if you have to sit at a desk for a living. It stretches your neck and it does relax you. I've used it for 10-12 minutes, you don't need to use it for more than that.

Purchased one for me and one for a friend. I use it mostly to relieve stress on my neck and shoulders. Works as it states.

I use it daily for 20 minutes and it's really made a difference. I feel it's correcting my foward head posture and has helped to release my shoulders.

Using this eliminates back pain all over, even lower back pain. I use it throughout the day to offset sitting at desks/on lap tops.

Well designed product but one needs to get used to the hardness and angle. Does help though
