I’ll start with the bad. We got 4 of these for family and we all nearly hucked it at the wall trying to connect it. Once it works, it’s great. My bother’s son got diagnosed with cancer so it helps for us to be able to let them know we’re thinking of them without having to take up their limited time with a call or text. Lovely concept.

Very expensive and only comes with one. Seems a bit overpriced considering you text and video chat these days anytime too. I thought it was a cute personal gift. But sent it back due to price

We had a problem develop with one of lamps. I contacted support and they were able to get a replacement sent in a timely manner. I was impressed with the amount of support available and the warranty coverage. I would recommend this product and will buy again in the future.

Even though just feet away from router, had issues connecting to WiFi or staying connected… another room away it wouldn’t connect at all. The issue was not the wifi as I was working full time remote connected to it fine. Received a bridge kit to try and so far it’s stayed connected for 2 days, so time will tell!

What a fun way for me to connect with my out of state 9 year old granddaughter! She gets excited whenever her lamp turns blue because it’s me saying “I’m thinking of you and I love you”! When my lamp turns purple, she’s saying the same to me! We love it!!!

I got these to keep in touch with my best friend. I had gotten a pair for my daughters and they love them. Great way to keep in touch when you’re busy but are thinking of them.

I live in China and I bought this for my dear friend who is returning back to her home country of Brazil. I thought it would be an amazing way for us to keep in touch. None of the photos show a power cord, but when I contacted the seller, I was told they have to be plugged in. I haven’t received it yet but if that’s the case, you cannot use this worldwide because there are no standard plugs worldwide. In addition, the voltage “worldwide “is different. Is it 110 or 220? Update: when I contacted the company their customer service was terrific. They offered a few ways to rectify the situation. They said with a simple adapter the lamps should work. Upgrading their stars for now because of their customer service.
