love! this works great! not really easy to put on. I had to adapt a bit to fit my toilet but worth the time an effort. i feel so ra sha sha after and super clean!

It does not have a detent to the neutral position. If a child or pet should turn it on it is on till it is discovered. Other than that it works well and cleans where I want clean.

I have bought and installed 3 of these. They are great and work very well. The problem has been attaching to the toilet with the fitting supplied. The fitting doesn't attach easily and can chew up the threads on the part coming out of the toilet. So what I've done twice now is just buy an adaptor that connects at the wall valve. Much, much easier. See photo.

I was looking at bidet toilets and they were super expensive figured before I spent that much money I should try an alternative and I’m glad I did this one is awesome cleans very well and love that it’s a lever not buttons highly recommended this I’ll be buying one for my other restroom as well. Easy to install didn’t need any tools came with everything I was going to need in box.

Explained to Seller through an Amazon representative that apologized for not being able to issue a refund or replacement; not Amazon's fault because it was up to the Seller. Once you have used this, there is no going back! I waited until age 75 to order something like this. I wish I had had this all my life. If I were a young person or couple building a new house, this would be on the list of must-haves, along with heat & air conditioning! I highly recommend this product. My brother installed it in 20 minutes, and he is 70! UPDATE: The two of us are just singing along! I leave the bathroom with a refreshing smile on my face! Don't hesitate, the world needs more smiling faces!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The ease of the handle, I had both of my hands operated on at the same time and to rise myself by just pushing down or pulling up made taking care of myself without help was nice.

Easy to install and does a great job. Lots of pressure and Easy to clean. tucked in the back and barely know its there

Product is very good from design, aesthetic and usage purpose but needs to work on plug and play installation. Thread size is not as per Australian standard. Need T fitting as per 1/2 BSP and also hose thread as per Australian standard BSP. Hose length is too short to reach for connection. I hope this review read by supplier and modify it accordingly. Wasted my 3 hours to find right fitting and hose and still unable to find it.
