Works as intended but should do research before buying
*READ BEFORE YOU BUY* Works as intended although I wish I knew more about these things before I bought it because I initially thought my tv remote might control the tv volume which inturn would also work on the volume produced by this DAC but alas it doesn't. Unless the device you are connecting to has its own remote you can't control the volume. This is digital audio so the tv remote won't work. Buy ones with their own remote or volume knob.

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SOUNCE
My product is not working and Amazon doesn't not have return or replace option instead we need to visit sounce website to raise any grievance, I have filled the form therewith my invoice uploaded. its been more than 10 days i didn't recieved any acknowledgement. No response whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SOUNCE. I appeal Amazon to not enlist brands which does not have customer satisfaction and sell faulty products, my 700โน has been wasted.

TOSLINK/ SPDIF Cable is Not Compatible with LG Digital Audio Output Port. But It can be sort out
Although product seems to be good but the TOSLINK cable provided along with the product is not compatible with LG tv. So not able to use the creative speaker using this DAC. Update: Main problem is uneven or thicker moulding Slot TOSLINK cable I successfully rectified that issue by simply removing the slot given at two sides using Razor blade. Now it working Fabulously.

Very good product
I bought a digital to audio converter and the user manual does not mention the correct way to use it. The average consumer does not even know that the red LED on it changes color when the device is working. It is also doubtful that it will change color when the optical cable is working. The average consumer also does not know that a red light will come out of it if the optical cable is working. When I connected the Two Point One Home Theater to it, I only heard a humming sound. When I asked for a replacement product, Amazon said to contact the dealer. They said that they would contact me soon. The product has a one-year warranty. What will happen next? However, those who purchase this product should think carefully. When I contacted the seller no response from them. After some adjustments now it is working.Very good product.I recommend all to buy this product.

No retune option
This only lasted a month and has now stopped and there is no option to return it. Very bad despite the one year warranty.
