It is non-returnable and the replacement process is unclear.
As soon as I connected it properly to the TV, it made a noise. I wanted to return it, but I can't find a way to return it; the website only says it can be replaced.

Worth buying it ( some guide too in my review please read that )
Whoever wants to buy this product , go for it this product is good and the quality of it is good and if you want to connect headphones to your tv you can use it but sound will come too high so you need to buy an aux extension cable with volume control to control volume ( I don't know whether it will work or not but according to chatgpt it should work as digital signal is converted to analog ) . And the issues which people are complaining about like sound distortion can be fixed by choosing PCM or Optical in tv sound settings and first always check to choose PCM or Optical and don't connect your headphones without turning that on as it can worn out your headphones and don't choose other digital audio outputs like dolby digital plus only choose PCM or Optical . And the fiber optical cable is also good but the length is short . You will also get a cable with it and you can power it with your tv's usb port or with an adapter.

Not working, defective product
Sorry for my previous feed Product. It is working fine some issue with my TV. Now it is working fine.

Good but not reliable
Sound quality is good but when switched off the tv and ON again , optical signal is not transmitted to home theatre automatically, instead I have to unplug and plug the optical cable everytime to make it work.
