The chair is beautiful and super comfortable. We're very pleased with how it looks in our home office. The 2 star review is because of Amazon.I initially purchased the chair while it was on sale. The morning of delivery I got a notice that the chair was "damaged," so they were returning it to the warehouse. I informed the Amazon customer support that I expected to be sent a replacement chair. Unfortunately, in the two weeks that it took to deliver the initial chair the price increased. Amazon promised me that they would provide a promotional credit for the $200 difference, but that I would have to wait until the new chair was delivered to receive the credit. I took screen shots of the conversation in case there was any "funny business."Upon receiving the new chair I contacted Amazon as instructed, but they said that was not possible. I escalated to the manager, and he said I was given bad information. Despite proof of the conversation they still refused. Take my advice, purchase directly from Kinnls!*UPDATE*Kinnls saw my review and provided a refund for the price difference!

For a chair selling with $1500, has been broken in 2 months, by itself on the edge and arm. This is definitely a scam to the consumer!I bought in December 2023, received in January, it is broken as showing . How could this be a real leather !!!!

I was very leery about spending so much money on a chair I'd never set my rear upon before. This thing is super comfortable and I'm glad I pulled the trigger. I generally use up to 2 cushions, but not here baby! Just sitting on this thing all by itself. It's a little tall which for me is fine but my wife feels like a little kid in it. Super comfortable, and so far it's lasting.

PROS: The leather and cushioning are extremely high quality and the chair feels well made. Very comfortable to sit in. Height and tilt adjustment work well.CONS: Expensive, Allen wrench provided was wrong size. Wish the chair seat was a little deeper for taller people. I’m 6’2” and wish it was just an inch or two deeper but a minor complaint.Excellent chair overall!

After having this chair for a long time, the seat is comfortable but the sides are damaged from slight scrape against the desk drawer and it appears to be synthetic plastic (fake leather) and is fragile. I feel like I've been duped as this was advertised as full leather. The picture in the other review shows very clearly the side of the arms that accurately reflect what I am seeing as well.

This chair is luxurious. I hope the outside edges of the elbow rails hold up. It feels like durable leather so we will see.

Ordered this chair for my husband a year ago and it’s his favorite piece of furniture in the house. He has lower back issues and works long hours - this chair has exceeded his expectations. It was easy to assemble and was packaged carefully. Kinnls is the icing on the cake - best customer service! They respond quickly to questions and go above and beyond to make you happy.
