I love this stuff, and it’s gentle in my stomach

This supplement is extremely potent with 1300mg per serving for immune support and cellular health. The ingredients of Pao Pereira, Pau D’Arco, and Astragalus make an extraordinary trio. This is a great combination of my some potent herbal healers. I have not taken Pao Pereira before but the benefits sound good, and science backs up some of the claims. The other ingredients I have used profitably for years. I especially like to take them during the dark part of the winter, to support my immune system and act as a (pre-) spring cleaning. I appreciate that this company uses only rice as a "filler," instead of magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide like many do. The capsules are easy to swallow and so far I feel they are giving me a big of an improvement after a stressful holiday season.

I just got the product but in the ingredients says as filler rice filler but when I got it it says silicon dioxide

Both Pao Perreira and Pau D’Arco are trees, and in each case their barks have been used in traditional South American medicine for centuries. Astragalus is another plant, whose root is used extensively in Chinese medicine and is thought to have anti-aging properties. Generally speaking, based on the three constituents that make up the Vintaura supplement, rather than a supplement, they would seem more medicinal in character, or as an aggregate, designed to supplement the bodies own healing processes. That said, most natural healing concoctions are preventative as well as therapeutic. Furthermore, it is incumbent upon the user to do their own due diligence to determine if the uses and benefits of this triad of ingredients will support their needs. The Vinatura ingredients are provided in capsule form, in what I would characterize as a “full size” capsule. Of course, as with any size capsule, it can be emptied and mixed into a form more convenient to swallow. That said, I have no problem swallowing them. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. In my case, whenever taking a new supplement, I start with half the recommended dose for a few days to make sure it is agreeable to my system. Also, it is reassuring that this product is third party tested, and furthermore, that those details can be found on the Vinatura website, or can they? Shown on the Amazon point-purchase-page is a picture showing the results of the third-party test, and also stating that the details of this testing can be checked on their website. Although their website is informative, with information about the supplements and their ingredients, I could find no reference anywhere to third party testing; hmm. Off comes a star.

I appreciate the combination of ingredients in this product as I am trying to reduce the number of capsules I take in the morning for simplification. This includes Pao Pereira Extract, Pau D'Arco (which I've taken separately before), and Astragalus Extract (also taken before as a simple ingredient). If you're not sure what these compounds purport to do, please research on your own before purchasing. I am taking them to assist with cellular support and hoping to assist in inflammation-reduction. As with almost any supplement, it can take time for herbal ingredients to impact the body which makes reviews more difficult since I can't attest to the quality of the efficacy of the product yet. This is a 30-day supply if you take it at the recommended dose, which makes the price a little high in my opinion, but it also contains 3 active ingredients as outlined above. Shopping around is never a bad idea.
