I bought it and the truth is that it is very good, easy to use and very practical I loved it I highly recommend it

I bought this because I was having balance issues I guess due to my ears being dirty, yes I am one of those people who has cleaned my ears with que tips daily and over time I guess that just packs the wax deep into your ear instead of actually cleaning it. lol This thing works great, but make sure at all cost to use room temperature water or you will go for a ride you never wanted as did I(Cold water was used and I got top level dizzy). When you use this with a bit warmer water, it does an amazing job at cleaning your ears out and you will probably gain some hearing you never knew you had in the end. Give it a try, it's cheap and it works!

Horrible. I followed the directions and hurt my ear so bad. I had water in my ear for 2 weeks and was afraid of getting an infection. I gave 3 stars because customer service. They told me not to return but still gave my money back. Now I don't know what to with it.

My life isnt a stuffy nightmare anymore

I fell for the TikTok ad and put this on my Christmas wishlist without doing any research. My bad. I used it a little on Christmas morning and thought it was fine. Only then did I google and saw that doctors advise against this practice. The eardrum is very fragile and just blasting water in there with no idea what you're doing is extremely risky. Not only that, if you use tap water (like I did), you risk getting an amoeba inside you. My wife's coworker has dealt with an amoeba living in her all her life, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. She's constantly sick and her immune system is just slowly breaking down. It's absolutely horrifying. Just from my one brief use, I got water trapped in my ear and it's been there for over 2 weeks now despite all the suggested methods to get it out. I'm a little scared I'll need actual medical attention. Please, please don't use these things. Very very dangerous!

Great product, found it to be very helpful. The different settings allowed you to adjust between normal and strong pressure. Charging the cleaner took no time and the charge lasted for a while. Would recommend this product.

My husband had deeply impacted ears Each day he used this to soften the wax. The wax came out. No more ringing in his ears and he hears much better

Like the product design compared to the others. Having the over ear containment system keeps for a mess free cleaning. The temperature sensor is nice to keep from using to hot or cold water from being used. It worked great out of the box and made my ears feel squeaky clean after use. After a short time the product started glitching and turned on and off on its own beeping every few seconds. Then it quit working all together. The return process was smooth. It would be great if they looked into the failure glitch and fixed the issue. Would be interested to get it again if the issue was solved. Hopefully an updated version becomes available

I don't recall this having such bad reviews when I bought it, I'm usually really careful about that sort of thing but here we are. Only used a few times before the device started turning itself off and on with lots of beeping as I'm seeing someone else reported as well. I was hoping it just needed to recharge, but though the lights come on on the spray button, the power button is completely dead with no life in it. Can't return it now - total waste of money - don't recommend in the slightest.
