Excellent USB with Write protect
Does exactly what it says. Is fast for reading and writing.Note the switch will only work if it is in the correct position before connecting to PC,so set it to the position you want first.

Absolutely invaluable - which it should be at this price - and great peace-of-mind
Stupidly expensive but when, for a living, your are going to be connecting your important USB stick to potentially infected PCs, you simply must have the peace-of-mind of a write-disabled stick.And I say this from bitter experience!

TRUE Physical Write-Protection - A Brilliant Device
Its annoying when people don't understand what they are buying and give bad reviews on a device that is actually brilliant.This flash drive is literally the one of only a few on the market that actually support physical write-protection that windows CANNOT bypass.You might not believe me but most other flash devices, sd cards that have write-protection are not physical but actually software driven when they read that little side switch on the device.On the inferior devices, windows or a virus can bypass the lock on those drives - believe it or not. However this is not possible on the Kanguru - its impossible.This is the only device you can safely plug into another computer and not worry about an infection or loss of data.Its also the best device to create a multi-boot virus busting drive that will be safe to use again.For me it has been reliable and well built with no problems so far.Highly recommend!

Warning: The Kanguru "SS3" USB 3.0 Flash Drive does NOT have Encryption
I bought and returned 2 of these drives (16Gb & 32Gb), Amazon's description is wrong, The description also changes when you choose different sized versions of the drive.I've been in contact with Kanguru - The don't yet make a "SS3" with USB 3.0 or Encryption. This drive listed on Amazon mearly contains a write protect switch.So disappointed that Amazon haven't sorted this out yet despite sending 2 drives back. As for a non encrypted drive, you can get much cheaper options.
