These were the cure to save me from buying a new washer. Before we installed these my washing machine did the Cha-Cha with every load. We got to a point of having to go to the laundry mat. Someone then recommened we replace these. GAME CHANGER!! I will keep these in my list so if my washing machine decides to take more dance lessons, I can reorder. Saved me a load of cash in replacement cost. Easy to install and immediately fixed the problem.

These worked well to repair a washing machine that was banging the tub against the sides of the machine due to the suspension springs being worned out.

Good kit for the value, easy enough to install by watching youtube videos. Can be done on your own but you might want to consider having another person their with you as it is laborious. As far as durability goes, it took away the dreaded washing machine stomping all over the garage instantly, however after about 6 months or so it began to have issues again. So Id say pretty durable when considering the torture my mother induces on the poor machine. Over all good product, sure there are others that are better but not for the same price as this, this one gets the job done!

My washer was making a loud banging during the spin loads like it was an unbalanced load all the time. I watched a video and it showed how to replace these shock absorbing rods. Did the replacement and the problem is resolved. These are not the quality of the originals and the small plastic supports did not fit my machine ( I used the old ones). But my problem was solved in an hour, the parts were half the price of manufacturers, and I saved hundreds over having a repairman come out.

Outside of my sore muscles in replacing the suspension rods, I am very happy with the purchase. They were a little longer as other reviews mention. So far, no detriment in the function and it was hard enough to get the rods in place even with them being an inch longer. Do save the old parts as others suggest. The new top plastic parts could have been cut down to fit, but just using the old top white plastic parts was easier. I never even knew to calibrate my washing machine until youtube showed me how. Its a simple half minute thing to do and the machine didn't sound smooth and quiet until I did that. That's a new "old dog" trick for me. I've never known to calibrate the washing machine for a smoother running machine and I don't think anyone who ever did the delivery did it.
