Extremely active and helpful for alertness and staying awake in early mornings and mid-afternoon drowsiness. Do remember not to include a full size serving to begin with if you are not used to single ginseng servings. I started with 250 mg Nutrija caffeine + 200 mg serving of this. It was highly effective for energy, brain boost and awakened. but also gave me a sharp headache all day starting around after an hour. I now take 100 to 150 mg with pinch of pink salt or caffeine 250 mg respectively.
