Hope all goes well
These leaves are large & none were broken. I know they say they are organic so I hope that means grown pesticide free. I'm sure they are. The water did turn slightly brown & I hope these will help my corys recover from a disease outbreak & sulfa treatment. They must be doing OK since they laid eggs all over the glass as they usually do after a water change. I am hoping these leaves help the egg health too. We shall see. It is my first time using these leaves.

Almost Instant Tannins
These are great! I’ve got a 30 gal tank and I just put ONE leaf in and it immediately started darkening my tank with tannins. Just one leaf. I took it out after about a day or so because it was getting too dark. But these things are great and I’m happy that I’ve got so many leaves so this purchase will last awhile.

Good for Hard Water & lowers PH
We used these in our Betta tank to help with hard water. One leaf was plenty for our 3.5 gallon. It does turn the water a light tea color, but that wasn't an issue for us. We use live plants in our tank and they have continued to thrive. We left the leaf in for a few weeks before we removed it. We will use another leave when we do a water change to help with the hard water.

Second batch I've ordered. Nothing bad happened so far but does not get the water dark. Is it a season thing when they pick the leaf?
