No stomach upset ...
Trust in a brand that has a reputation for making quality vitamins. I've subscribed to a number of brands through Amazon and this is the brand I'll stick with. So far, so good....
Just received and haven't been on long enough to know if it works. What I can say is you'd need 2 men and a small boy to get the cap off. It's sealed!!!!

GI issues
Perhaps it’s me but vitamins, including these, cause GI discomfort. I’m skeptical if one has one has a healthy diet if a multivitamin is even necessary. If vitamins don’t cause GI upset for these reading this, then I suppose these are fine vitamins.
