it does what it is supposed to do. It has precise fit ends that don't fall out when you move the tv or whatever.

The bag stated new cable, it looks brand new, worked without any issue.I used it to digitize a S-VHS video. Make sure you equipment has the 4 pin mini DIN connector also called S-video connector

The price was great and arrived on time, however, everything went down hill after that. The product was not very good at all. Lines kept scrolling through the picture, ruining it. Replacing it my old less expensive cable, the picture was clear and no scrolling lines. Therefore, if poor quality is not a problem, buy this one. Otherwise, try a different cable, and perhaps a different vendor. After the review, the vendor sent a better cable, which they now sell. These are by far much better.
