Devices plugged into this KVM: Desktop Computer Mac Mini Home Server Intel NUC Firewall Appliance (Router with HDMI) Work-From-Home Laptop The reason why I bought this KVM is not only for my computers and servers, but also when setting up homelab equipment such as a couple of Intel NUCs for setting up whatever I can think of such as Proxmox or OpenStack. Of course, since I used to play games, I don't get 4k at 120Hz, which is fine because even if I plug my computer directly to my OLED TV, I cannot tell the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, so since I only play single-player games, HDMI 2.0 is fine for me. If I can tell a difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, I would probably get myself a 4-port HDMI 2.1 KVM, but again, no need. I am happy with my 16-port KVM setup for my home use. And plus it has rack ears! Got to have it! :D

So far so good, setup was easy and seems to be working well for my stack of Mac Minis (2017-2024).

Installed this KVM switch for my Windows 7 PC and it works great with my wired Keyboard and Mouse，Everything has been smooth. Couple of things can be made more clear before buying would be ideal: 1. You need to buy USB-B cables and HDMI cables separately. NO cables included in the package. 2. The keyboard hotkey to switch between desktops is done by pressing SCROLL LOCK twice+port number. BUT you must press it with a 1 second pause in between the two presses (at least for me), If you press it too slow or too fast,then It can not switch successfully.

Working great for what we are using it for. We have had no issues.

Very sleek and compact KVM switcher, which is impressive considering that it supports 16 devices simultaneously. We use the switcher with a combination of Macs and PCs and it works equally well with both. Supports high resolution video feed, works consistently and flawlessly. Also supports either an Apple USB keyboard/mouse or a traditional PC keyboard/mouse. The hotkeys for switching between inputs using only the keyboard are nice to have as well, and work perfectly from my experience.

The JideTech HDMI USB KVM Switch 16 Port equipment is just super cool. It has replaced the many keyboards that I have to use. Now, it is one keyboard and one mouse.

I am IT guy by trade with several MAC, PC and servers. Every time I tried to use, keyboard and mouse would not work, each time I would hot swap different keyboard and mouse and eventually it would start to work. Not one time MAC keyboard would work. PC keyboard/mouse would work then I turn off KVM then same Keyboard mouse would not longer work when I power on KVM. Your experience may differ but I will not buy this brand again.

The item works as advertised and it comes with cables....! Really liked that one.
