Loved this stuff and I think every single household should have them and take them! THESE are the HOLY GRAIL and the ultimate secret to not getting sick! I swear! We have 3 kids and we are dodging sickness strains left and right! I will say when they switched manufacturers, the taste is not good now! It’s horrible BUT I’ll take that quick little slurp of this packet and a swig of water right after to stay healthy than to get sick just because of a quick nasty taste. These seriously work so damn good! I am nursing also and they have helped keep me up and going! One a day. I add it to my kids smoothies on top and have em mix it in if they don’t wanna take it from the packet. They’re expensive but it’s because they really do work. I share this stuff with everyone!! It really is amazing, and it’s easy to swallow, it’s a thin texture. Nothing gritty, no pieces of comb or anything, just smooth and quick! Made me sick within 10 hours. I only took half a teaspoon. I started to feel like I had ice in my veins and pricks all over my body. I had serious kidney pain. I was so dizzy I could not stand. I have had pain, but most seriously concerned about the pain in the kidney uterers, which means something is toxic. I've never been allergic to bees. I think the company should mage it known where these bees get their pollen. I read something of pine trees, and that works explain it. The box came crushed open, so I was afraid that it wasn't pure.. I will throw it out and don't risk getting sick like this. I haven't been sick since 10/2022.

I tried. I can do their throat spray, but this was next level yuck. It can’t be added to hot drinks. I haven’t tried adding to a smoothie, that’s why 3 stars instead of 2. I give two stars for health benefits and one for the possibility of adding to a fruit smoothie. If it taints the smoothie too much I’ll come back and lower my rating.
