Great stuff
I LOVE adding this to my milk tea! The taste is a little subtle but definitely there. I know what you're thinking: if it's subtle, why not add more? Because then it starts tasting bitter and obvious that something was added. Still, it satisfies my melon milk tea needs and is great to use in other recipes that need a flavor boost.

Fabulous!
Ordered this to make my own keto version of Calissons de Provence, a delightful french confection (we tasted these during our honeymoon, in France, 26 years ago). But, "real" Calissons are high in carbs. This did not disappoint! Added to my recipe, the flavor of finished treat was as close to savoring the bliss of Calissons in a market in Aix as possible! Bonus, low in carbs, easy to make and inexpensive. Now, we can have Calissons whenever we want! This flavoring will always be in my extract cabinet!

Don't even bother using this
Made 6 different batches of a honeydew cream using different amounts of this extract. You either get a WHISPER of a melon taste or Nail Polish remover. No in between. Not worth what I paid at all.
