Q: is the frame of this lamp actual wood like the one from MOMA?

Not sure what moma is. The lamps are plastic.

Q: Can i buy a replacement charger

It is just a usb cord. I have built in usb ports in my nightstands so I leave mine plugged in all of the time.

Q: Is the wood design dimmable and rechargeable?

This light has what I call 2 modes. One is a Bright White and the other is a Softer White. Each mode can be dimmed by 6 levels.
