I’ve been extremely happy with this grip trainer. It has noticeably improved my grip strength and my ability to control my core during rotating movements, which translates really well to jiu jitsu and grappling. One of my favorite things about it is how versatile it is. I can wrap it around a pole at the park, use it in my backyard, or attach it to a small anchor hook and train in almost any room of my house. It’s easy to set up, portable, and doesn’t take up much space. I’m already feeling real gains, and it’s become a regular part of my training routine. These gi trainers are awesome for grip work. The sleeves feel just like real gi material, so the grip training actually transfers when you’re rolling. Attach them to the band and you can drill grips, pulls, and control without needing a partner. Simple idea, but really effective for building stronger, more durable grips for Jiu-Jitsu. Bought to help with uchikomi’s. Works as advertised, but I found that the metal clips often clashed with my arms when doing certain turn throws. A little expensive for what it is but not dissapointed

The rubber is very durable and the grips are authentic gi material. The materials are very durable and it's easy to store. It's lightweight and the grips feel great in my hand. Definitely worth the money. I can do all of my uchikomi practice with this one tool on the go.
