I bought this chair for my son who spends alot of time on his computer. He loves it and says its extremely comfortable and it was very easy to assemble. I would recommend this office chair.

Very comfy and great lumbar support. Don't even need to use my seat cushion with it. Seat is very thick and firm but not hard. Heavy duty construction. Would rate it a ten if I could. I also have arthritis in my back and herniated and bulging disc's in my lower back. In this chair I sit all day pain free.

The chair itself is as advertised, and worthy of five stars on it's own merits. However, the so-called "User Manual" is essentially useless, both for assembly and for usage. You pretty much have to figure it all out for yourself, which can of course be done, but in that case why even have one? There's just one little postage-stamp sized section near the end that has any written instructions at all, and the print is so small that I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read them, even with my glasses on. The rest is all just a series of numbered sketches. A few well-written comprehensive instructions would have helped immensely. I suspect someone was trying to save a few bucks on translation.

The lumbar support is great! It can be adjusted to your perfect requirements. Comfortable chair and the arms can be folded up. Really fine quality chair!

The instructions are pretty sparse. No user manual. Not intuitive how the lumbar support works. No customer support. Just back and forth emails referring me back to the sparse assembly instructions.

Love this chair. I work from home and sit 10hrs a day. I also have back issues. I love the lumbar support. Highly recommend.

What I like: price, material, ease of assembly despite missing step in instructions. What I don't like: Chair pitches forward, with the seat padding being about two inches thicker than the leg support.. It only reclines as a back and seat combo and you cannot lock it. If you have a larger rear end, it amplifies the forward pitch. This chair will not work for larger people who need to work at a desk. The seat is not wide either. I assemble the chair and it only took about 30 seconds of sitting in it to determine that I have to return it.

Allora, la sedia è favolosa! Nulla da dire! Anzi ricoda il vero made in Italy di una volta, quello di qualità! Materiali di un certo spessore..,.ad esempio nel montaggio ti accorgi che la croce a raggi che sta alla base quando la sollevi ne senti già il peso... quindi mica..tubicini fragili o altre fesserie ... Anche il montaggio è semplice, basta mettere tutti i pezzi sul pavimento,aprire il libretto di istruzioni e seguire alla lettera!! Non puoi sbagliare..!! Ha il suo prezzo? si! .ma direi che la qualità c'è..e li vale fino all'ultima vite.. Unico neo .. qualche disguido sulla consegna... ma poi alla fine è arrivato!

Great chair at a great price with added adjustable lumber support which is good for practice sessions on my guitar with useful height adjustment.

Chair is almost great. Very comfortable and very nice faux leather. The lumber support is top notch but... There's something missing to be perfect for me. This chair does not recline and it hardly rocks even in the most sensitive level. It says 90 to 120 degrees but... not exactly reclining and you have to apply some force to tilt it. Nevertheless it looks good and it is comfy.
