What a time and hand saver! If you either need to break down a lot of boxes or are doing art projects with corrugated cardboard, this makes those tasks a pleasure! I used to use razor cutters (dangerous) or heavy duty scissors (tiring and difficult to use) and always dreaded the task. Now it’s kind of fun to break down boxes and I was comfortable letting my young teen use it for his school project. Charging is easy and pretty fast and the battery lasts a good while (never have out while we were using it). Having a case to store it, and the charger, and the spare blade is nice. I haven’t dulled the first blade enough yet to need to switch it out, but it seems like a straight forward process. It looks like replacement blades are universal so you can purchase the best price/ quality no matter the maker. I wonder if the used blade can be resharpened and reused? Very happy with this purchase!

I get a lot of deliveries mostly in cardboard boxes. I had used knifes and manual box cutting tools to break down the boxes which always was a frustrating task. So I bought this incredible powered cutting tool that on first use after charging the lithium battery, I broke down a huge cardboard box like butter. I was amazed how efficient it was and highly recommend it to anyone tired of trying to cut through boxes . Life is too short to waste time in breaking down boxes … This product is worth the cost.

Warning, this is not USB C (uses micro USB), which is the reason i dropped a star, despite what was said in the "what customers say" section. Read the full description before buying. This works well for light cardboard that amazon packages come in, but if it's heavier cardboard you need to push with some force. I think double corrugated cardboard would get a little difficult.

This is a must have if you are a frequent Online Amazon Shopper. Or simple an online shopper. This is coming from a near 50 year old woman that has arthritis actually RA. So I can barely open 2 packs of sugar because of how weak my hands are. Or the terrible cramps that come with over use or strenuous things. So this was worth every penny. With that being said it is absolutely only for cardboard. This tool would be a like a 2/3. The tool gets stuck with thicker card boards.

You have to pull a bit for thicker pieces of cardboard, but other than that it feels safe and easy to use. Feels nice and sturdy, would recommend that the charger be a type C versus the micro usb, that’s the only downside. Cuts quick and easy unless you have a really thick piece.

If cutting cardboard boxes into small flat recyclable pieces is one of the bane's of your existence, you must buy these!Seriously, these make getting rid of all those delivery boxes a piece of cake. I wish I bought one of these years ago. There's lots of different brands of this type of cutter so choosing the right one was a leap of faith. I'm not sure how it compares to other ones, but this one works great.

Had a mountain of cardboard to get into the trash. Knife wasn't gonna cut it (pun intended). These absolutely carved the cardboard into small enough squares it all fit in one container and was done in 20 minutes vs. 45 by hand. Great buy!

I purchased this Zeite cutter and found it was binding.Rather than the blade and the Splitter guide sliding through the material, the material must navigate through the narrow gap between the bottom of the tool and the beginning of the Sharpener Stone, Spring, and Rivets.I don't see why the sharpening stone should be on the bottom in the work area where it binds on the cardboard.If aligned properly, the tool will glide through the cardboard. If the angle is not precise, or you try to cut through two layers of cardboard, you are likely to run into the rivets or parts on the bottom of the guide and need to readjust and push harder.It's clean since no material is removed like a saw blade, but the blade doesn't clear a wide enough path for the guide.An interesting aspect of all wood-cutting blades is that the Kerf should be wider than the rest of the blade; on Circular Saws, the Cutting Teeth are wider than the Plate, so it glides through smoothly.
