Any mom knows that after childbirth these can be invaluable. I used these right afterwards during recovery. And also a few years down the road when my pelvic floor was weak from all the coughing I was doing due to cold and flu season. They are snug, but I probably should have gone a size larger. they prevented small and large leaks. I felt fully protected using them. Never smelled bad. I would recommended.

I've used disposable underwear for years but switched to these a while back despite their higher price. I like that they fit close like regular underwear. The ones I had used were loose and very baggy in the butt - you could tell I had them on. Then one day I had an accident and NOTHING LEAKED! These disposable underwear came in handy when I was post partum. It was so much easier to wear these instead of having to buy larger underwear and pads, then potentially ruin them. Scented and size chart not accurate. Size up. I’m 220lbs and L does not fit well. They also fit smaller than the postpartum underwear from the same brand in the same size.
