Within 2 months after purchase. Two batteries got damaged. There is no customer support from vendor

The media could not be loaded. I expected a cheap looking product. Was very unsure of buying. But thought will give it a try, considering the low price. As it turned out, it has good finishing, and quite efficient. I fully charged both the batteries and used one for half an hour, still power was remaining. With the wheels, it was very easy to mow the lawn. One thing could have been better. The instructions on how to assemble the various parts, nuts and bolts etc. was not clearly there. Many people would find it very hard to figure out what goes where. But I was able to figure it out, and hence could use it well.

Product Delivery: ontime and product parts as described (except the wheel design is different than product image)Product quality: looks sturdy for the price paid (don't compare with expensive brands)Useful and working as desired. So far used only the metal blade for cutting small grass and used saw wheel cutter to trim the Lemon plant branches it was smooth but not recommended for more than 2-3mm stem thickness.Battery: complete charged both battery and it gave me total over 1 hr of operation (more left)The charger is not good very cheap. I will need to buy a backup charger soonOverall found it to be good.

Bought two times were 1 time was exchange for new because of a bolt missing from product the exchaged one had battery problem where two of the battery had low battery life (i mean which battery 2 minutes battery life for 48 watt battery )

I actually intend to award 4.1/2 stars. The item is very useful for maintaining lawn grass. I have myself mowed grass in my lawn and found it very easy. It's light weight hence easy to operate. Even my wife is able to handle it.However, durability of different blade sets is a question. The metal blade has been damaged with 2-3 use (still in working condition). I don't know if spare blades are available for purchase.This is the reason for rating as 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars.

The part to attach wheels with got damaged real fast, it turns by itself as the wheels spin and it gets unlocked and gets stuck when the blade is spinning. I need a replacement.

When we use first time it's not working, we request cancel this product and return money, but they said only replaced new one, but until now they haven't replaced it. Please replace it now.
