Cabot Transparent Wood Toned Stain + Sealer, Cedar, 1 Quart

Nice product with good penetration oil, has a red color and not neutral

I buy this every years I was disappointed it was not sent to me. No reason was there another color or type by Cabot that would work the same? Was it discontinued?

Easy to use and thin like real stain. Definitely put down 2 or 3 coats though

Can was dented and most of the stain leaked out. A huge mess.

Cabot is the best outdoor stain. Very durable, beautiful color.

I love the way it makes the cedar on my fence look like fine furniture. I just sponged the cedar horizontals down with water, let the cedar dry, and then applied one coat of this stain with a paint brush. 24 hours later I noticed it was dry. Looks great. Simply stir the stain with a stick and apply. Every two years, I have chosen to restain this cedar. Doesn't use much stain

Cabot stain is simply the best stain on the market. Agree, it's pricey but WOW this product is far superior than anything I've used in the past. Love how the grain of the wood becomes more noticeable and if you take the time to add a second coat, you'll find yourself staring at your work of art. Our neighbors are envious of our deck since staining it with Cabot's.
