Great Laptop for my wife's crafts
My wife is starting to use devices like the cricut, and wants to expand more to devices like the glowforge. This laptop was great for these devices and programs that are needed. Minor things that would need to be upgraded like the hard drive, but overall, it is a great laptop for the price. My wife doesn't have any complaints so far. Only thing to note. Microsoft is trying to get you to use their internet browser, Microsoft Edge, and if you have stuff on chrome, it will not allow you to install it unless you switch out of S mode. Go to settings on your PC > System > Activation. and the option will be there. Click this little button that I couldn't see, but my wife found it. after you click the box, it will allow you to install chrome as usual. Unless you want to try Microsoft Edge, which works great, but I have all my stuff on chrome, and like Garth Algar from Wayne's World, I fear change.

DONT BUY!
No stars. Worst laptop ever! DONT IGNORE THE REVIEWS. I tried to ignore the reviews but I shouldn’t have. I kept it the first 29 days and tried my best to work with it. It’s absolutely horrible. First they sent me the wrong one! Second the laptop wouldn’t connect to my WiFi, and once it did it randomly disconnected. Then it randomly crashes! I haven’t even downloaded anything! It won’t let me reset the darn thing. It feels like it’s wired to completely crash after 30 days and won’t let you reset it almost like it’s so you get stuck with the darn thing! I never leave reviews but I cannot let you buy this crap! I may have to send it back without resetting the darn thing because it literally won’t let me! I think it’s a scam. Some may get lucky but avoid this thing if you can! Seriously! Not worth it at all! It’s been messing up the moment I opened it!

Update is slow computer is fine
Made the purchase to learn coding and start online college and based off plugging it in and sitting at the library my experience is that is will be entirely too slow to be able to handle anything I need it to. For something refurbished it is of excellent quality not a single scratch on the device all the keys work. I sure hope this thing isn’t a dud like all the other one star reviews say that this thing crashes and burns after 9 m to 1 year. If so this computer shouldn’t even be marketed. Downloaded python app fairly easily so I have high hopes.

New HP
So far, (three days) a very nice laptop. We like the size of the keys, and the overall ease of use.

not worth it even at low price.
It freezes a lot requiring constant restarts. Now it wont start even plugged in. My last HP, abit more expensive, lasted ten years, this one, one year and a half. I did not expect bells and whistles, but it should turn on!

Perfecta compra

REFURB??
Just got this laptop. HP warranty appears expired. Seems to be a refurb. No mention of that fact in description. Will check further

Should Have Spent More Money.
Not enough hard drive to install all the programs that I need.

Pésima experiencia y no me devuelven mi dinero
