Good price compared to the rest however the product itself isn’t great because it just puts pressure on your back so doesn’t really create much benefit when doing curls

Rather unstable for heavier weight
I'm lifting rather heavy weights (e.g., >15Kg single arm dumbbell, >30Kg curl bar), and I found out that the strap that holds the board around the neck is not made for heavy load. It is unstable and I have to adjust my movement while executing the exercise, which distracts my attention and ruins the form, and potentially risks injury (if the form is not right, or if imbalance creeps in). This product would be much improved if a thicker, stronger, and more stable strap was attached to it.
