Exactly as described. Boxed nicely. Carton is wrapped in cellophane. Individually wrapped tea bags. Makes it easy to take wherever I go. Don’t know how to tell the quality of the burdock. Can only say it steeps strong and flavorful. With the heat wave, iced burdock tea is great. Good value. Cannot address the health benefits.

Great for mild constipation
This tea may not be the greatest smelling or tasting tea, but for mild constipation, it does wonders. I'm sure there are other health benefits. I discovered burdock tea while on a business trip in Korea where you'll find it in every convenience store. Drank a few bottlles in a day and whoopsie! I find it much more drinkable when cold though.

Great tasting tea
This is my "go to" cold water tea. I prepare it like sun tea using 1 teabag for an entire pitcher. It has the perfect light taste and helps with my daily hydration. Burdock tea is also an awesome anti inflammatory so i drink it daily!
