Rhodiola was recommended to me by my holistic health practitioner. I chose this product because it is liposomal and would have better bioavailability. The health benefits I was seeking was for stress reduction and cognitive enhancement for my stressful job. I take 15 drops every morning, not only does it taste good, it makes me feel pretty good too. I found it to be effective in helping me sleep because of the calming effects. I was able to think more clearly during the day due to the calmness I experienced. I didn't mix the drops in anything as I really like the taste. I would imagine it has good mixability if someone chose to do that.

This helped my focus but not the fatigue that is a symptom of my ADHD. It did not work great for me but the product itself was very high-quality. The packaging was very nice.
