I get migraines and cold therapy is the only thing that helps. These little ice bags are incredibly handy. The ice goes in easily and the larger one holds quite a lot. The best part is that it stays cold for a long time and doesn’t leak! I frequently fall asleep with an ice pack on my head when I get a migraine and hate waking up wet. Has not happened since I purchased these ice packs.
