Very calming

Very good, exactly the same as the real materials but a lot more expensive.

These are in a bottle that which had a wad of cotton wool at top, there were a few pills stuck to this but they were easily removed. They do have a bit of an odour and they have an earthy taste so I have to swallow them quickly. I wasn’t sure when best to take them as it specifies with food but not what time of day is best, I wanted them to help with sleep more than anything so I’ve been taking later in the day. Not sure how much help they’ve been but I’ve had no issues even when I’ve had them later at night in more of an empty stomach.

I have a friend who has been raving about Ashwagandha for ages, so I decided to see what al the fuss is about. I chose thins brand and when it arrived I was lucky to have this type as they see, to be 'the real deal' - a long established brand and a market leader in its country of origin. THe bottle contains 60 servings - they're not capsules because there is no coating - which are an average to large size and have a distinctive odour. This is OK by me because it means the ingredient list is very short and lacking in artificial ingredients. The product itself is certified organic, vegan and gluten free. The box also certifies it CGMA ( follows current good manufacturing guidelines, ie in a way that satisfies the FDA. It is also wheat, soy corn and dairy free. The use by date on the bottle is two years from the date of receipt from Amazon. Looking forward to finding out what they can do for me. Five stars

This is my go-to ashwagandha supplement. I chose it because it provides the dosage I was looking for, is made from organic ingredients, and comes as a powder rather than in capsules, which I personally prefer. I’ve been very happy with the quality of the product, and I also appreciate that it comes in a glass jar instead of plastic. That’s an important factor for me, both from an environmental perspective and because I try to minimise my use of plastic whenever possible. I would definitely recommend it.
