I was a manual glosser my entire life and I’ve tried a corded flosser once but couldn’t get over the pain. When I saw they were making portable versions I decided to give these devices another try. And now I can’t go a single day without using my flosser! It’s crazy just how much stuff you don’t realize is still in your teeth and this thing gets EVERYTHING out- this baby is thorough and precise!It hold enough liquid to spend a few seconds between every teeth but I always do a run though twice just to sure I got everything (I always do the first time around). It’s powerful, yet quiet and you can tell it’s made very well. So far I’ve traveled to 3 different countries with this little baby on one day of charge and it lasts me close to 2 weeks. I love that you can just pack it up and go! But mostly I just love that I didn’t have to go through the process of bruised and bleeding gums when I first started using it. The water pressure is strong but not crazy unless you’re on the second level. I’d say work your way up to that one!UPDATELess than a year later and it’s completely stopped working. I’ve also learned along the way that it’s a bit of a hassle to clean but truth be told I still loved the flosser and was happy it got the work done. I reached out to Waterpik about the warrantee hoping I can get a replacement of her it fixed because I feel like it should’ve definitely lasted longer 😓

I got this as a gift for my mom. Overall, she loves it. She says that the stream is twice as powerful as the one she had prior to this one, and that makes her feel like it’s cleaning more efficiently. I took one star off because of the tank size. You constantly have to refill it! And I do mean constantly! I took pics of the Waterpik next to her old generic water flosser. The tank on it is almost double the size. Had the tank been a couple ounces bigger, I would have given it a full 5-stars. Water tank aside, it is worth the money! It works really hard to keep your mouth clean! Ribs a great product overall!

Worked wonderfully well, twice a day, for 21 months. Then the WF-20 Series unit started having shut-off problems—first as a minor nuisance with the pump continuing to run for an additional 2 to 3 seconds despite being switched off. After several days, this run-on period extended longer and longer. And no way to shutoff the unit, despite the clear reservoir having been emptied and sliding switch on-and-off. Then, the pump died and will not switch on again.I did register this device with WaterPik, and have my Amazon record of purchase, so will call and register a claim. I am confident the manufacturer will honor their 2-year warranty. I suspect they will because my WaterPik has been a critical part of my daily oral hygiene.

I love it, but the battery died on it's 1-year birthday. It'll hold a charge long enough to complete one flossing session, then it needs to go back on the charger. I bought a name brand hoping to avoid this situation but it really feels like planned obsolescence.

Works great. Not super loud and very durable. Multiple settings to make it gentle for your gums. My dentist is happy that I use it to massage my gums. Effective at getting stuff out of teeth

Yeah, only four stars, but that’s because it doesn’t hold enough water to get the job done, have to fill it up a couple times. Also you have to use it while in the shower. Then again, I could always get one of those sucking things like the dentists have. 😀

Very good charging and easily refill the water, the tank is a bit small and i need to put water in it twice, however, its an excellent product and does the job

The pressure is good for flossing but the switch to turn it on is not in ideal location and difficult to push up to get it started. I have to use both hands as it is too big for one hand and at the same time to push the button up to get it started. The water tank has to be filled twice to get through front and back teeth.
